When placing an order, you have the option to have the order either shipped to a specific address (e.g. home, office, cottage, etc.) or picked up at the Hospital when it is ready (if applicable).
To check the status of an order at any time, go to the “Past Orders” tab of the web store. If you have any problems with your order at all, please give us a call. Our phone number is listed at the top of the page. We will be more than happy to help you out.
Orders shipped through the Distributor take 3-4 business days to be delivered. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
